When dealers are asked what type of communication they prefer, most agree that phone calls or in-person visits are the best. However, most customers would prefer the opposite end of the spectrum with lower pressure forms of communication like submitting leads or live chat.
The ultimate goal is to help lead the customer from the end of the spectrum that they are on to the side of the spectrum that we know will best benefit them - the face-to-face experience.
